For the first time, and despite the social distancing, the world had reached consensus on one solution, which is one of the basic actions to overcome COVID-19 that will significantly shape our future social relations and interactions.

The print is a part of the Through Solidarity, We Survive initiative by CoCulture, Berlin, and is produced a limited edition of ten prints for Oslo World Festival. The art work is presented in Fotogalleriet's webshop as a part of the institution's collaboration with Oslo World Festival.

About the Artist

Ammar Khattab is a Brazil based illustrator born and raised in Damascus, Syria. He studied Fine art in” Adham Ismail” Fine Art Institute in 2009. Ammar Khattab started his career as a character designer in a Gaming studio in Damascus and since worked as an illustrator for children books and graphic novels. He is one of the founders of “Maajooneh” Stop motion movies group and the short film prize winner in “Toronto urban film festival” for the film “Fade to black”. Alongside this, he participated as an art trainer in public events for Biennial Istanbul in 2017 and is an art workshop trainer for children with “Gothe” Institute. Most recently he collaborated in a collective exhibition in Sao Paulo.
